Creamy Chia Seed Pudding

Step 5: Add Greek Yogurt

For an extra creamy pudding, stir in 1–2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.

This
step is completely optional. Greek yogurt creates a thicker, creamier texture and adds a mild tangy flavor.

Stir everything thoroughly until the mixture looks evenly combined.

Step 6: Let the Mixture Rest

Allow the mixture to sit for about 5–10 minutes.

This short resting period gives the chia seeds time to begin absorbing the milk.

Step 7: Stir Again

After 5–10 minutes, stir the pudding again.

This is an important step because chia seeds can settle or clump together while they begin absorbing liquid. A second stir helps distribute them

evenly.

Make sure you scrape around the bottom and sides of the container so that no dry seeds remain underneath.

Step 8: Cover the Container

Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap.

Place it in the refrigerator.

Step 9: Refrigerate

Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours, although leaving it overnight usually produces an even thicker texture.
