On My Wedding Morning, My Mother Called and Told Me to Run—Then I Discovered What My Fiancé Had Planned for Me

Sienna stepped forward.

“You two need to leave.”

Lily ignored her.

“Amelia paid your bills when your company couldn’t even cover basic expenses. She stayed up helping you prepare presentations. And now you’re standing here with another woman on what was supposed to be your wedding day?”

Sienna’s face reddened.

“You don’t know anything about our relationship.”

“I know enough,” Lily answered.

Then Sienna grabbed a glass of red wine from a nearby table.

Before anyone could stop her, she threw it at Lily.

The wine splashed across Lily’s pink dress and down her arm.

For one terrible second, everyone froze.

Grace immediately stepped between them.

“Have you lost your mind?”

Patricia waved toward the hotel’s security staff.

“Remove these women! They have no business interrupting our celebration!”

Two guards approached.

Lily was crying now, more from shock and humiliation than pain.

Grace held her arm.
