My software project.
The technician leaned toward me and whispered, “Are you sure you want me to play this?”
I nodded.
“Every second of it.”
He clicked the file.
The screen went black.

QUERY PULSE – ORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT RECORD
Below the title was my name, Derek Mitchell, followed by the original development date, repository history, and a series of documented milestones.
The room grew quiet.
I heard someone whisper, “What’s this?”
Connor immediately stepped forward.
“Hey! Stop that.”
The technician froze.
I looked at him calmly.
“Please keep going.”
The next slide appeared.
It showed two screenshots side by side.
On the left was Connor’s LinkedIn portfolio, where he claimed to have designed and developed the software.
