On the right was my original Git repository, complete with timestamps dating back nearly two years before Connor had even mentioned the project publicly.
Then came the contracts.
The invoices.
The development logs.
And finally, a recorded presentation from a technology conference I had attended eighteen months earlier.
My voice filled the ballroom.
“Today, I’d like to introduce Query Pulse, a machine-learning platform I’ve been developing independently…”
I watched my father lower his champagne glass.
My mother stopped smiling.
Connor’s bride, Olivia, slowly turned toward him.
“What is this?” she whispered.
Connor grabbed the microphone.
“This is ridiculous! My brother has been jealous of me for years. He’s doing this because he can’t stand seeing me succeed!”
I didn’t respond.
I simply stood beside the AV table and let the evidence speak.
Then the final slide appeared.
It contained an email exchange between Connor and a potential business partner.
