Ingredients
4–5 fresh guava leaves
1 cup filtered water
Instructions
Wash the leaves thoroughly.
Boil them in water for about 5 minutes.
Allow the infusion to cool until comfortably warm.
Soak a clean cotton pad or soft cloth in the liquid.
Place the compress over closed eyelids for 10–15 minutes.
